About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead to guide our SaaS platform development team. In this role, you will drive the architectural and technical vision, lead a team of developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes best practices in software development.
Take ownership of both frontend (React) and backend (Java Spring) development, setting the direction for high-performance, scalable code.
Design and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable system architecture that aligns with the platform’s evolving needs.
Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development cycles, maintain high deployment standards, and ensure consistent testing.
Utilize AWS services for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, supporting a stable and flexible platform infrastructure.
Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate code quality, address issues early, and uphold system reliability.
Explore and integrate AI technologies, particularly large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP), to advance platform capabilities and deliver a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 6 years in software development and information technology, with hands-on experience in full-stack development and technical leadership.
Technical Expertise:
- Frontend & Backend: Proficiency in React for frontend and Java Spring Boot for backend.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Demonstrated expertise in AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) for application hosting and cloud management.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Skilled in managing CI/CD pipelines, with strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Nginx.
- System Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient software architectures.
- Database and Frameworks: Solid background in PostgreSQL, Hibernate, Django, and NodeJS.
Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a track record of quickly adapting to new technologies and challenges.
Demonstrated experience in leading projects and guiding development teams toward high-quality deliverables.
Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or other AI tools is an asset and will be leveraged to enhance platform features and user experience.
Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English to facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.
