Responsibilities

Design Leadership : Take full ownership of the design process, from ideation to execution, providing strategic design recommendations to improve the product.
User Research & Insights : Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points, proactively suggesting design improvements based on findings.
Wireframing & Prototyping : Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and functionalities, and align with product goals.
Visual Design : Create polished, high-quality UI designs that align with our brand and improve the overall user experience.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure designs meet business goals and technical feasibility.
Iteration : Continuously refine and optimize designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability studies.
Design Systems : Maintain and enhance a scalable design system for consistent UI/UX patterns across the platform.

Qualifications & Experience

3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Proven track record of creating intuitive, user-centered designs that solve complex problems.
Expertise in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaboration.
Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design work.
Ability to work autonomously and provide proactive design solutions and recommendations.
Strong communication skills to present design ideas clearly to the product team and other stakeholders.
A user-first mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and technical constraints.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with SaaS or B2B products.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
Experience in creating or managing design systems.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
