Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Understand the existing solution and the market needs
- Perform business analysis and user requirement studies
- Prepare use cases, data mapping specifications and proper documents for development
- Work closely with the developer team to ensure requirements are fully understood
- Manage and track the status of requirements actively throughout the development lifecycle
- Create test plans or test cases and perform User Acceptance Test
- Prepare user manual or guidelines for stakeholders when needed
- Provide ad-hoc support to other related tasks
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Business, IT, Computer Science, Information System or related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience
- Fast-learner in picking up business domains with good business acumen
- Solid analytical skills and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese
