All references in these terms and conditions to “Smoooth Biz” are references to Smoooth Biz Limited. By using the Site, you (also referred to as “your” or “yours”) acknowledge that you have read and understand the following privacy policy (“Policy”), and you will be consenting to be bound by all the practices described in this Policy, and you are authorized to do so. 2.2. WHAT KINDS OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS

If you provide information to apply for Job Offerings specified on the Site, the Personal Data that the Site collects includes but is not limited to:

If you provide information to leave messages for Collaboration specified on the Site, the Personal Data that the Site collects includes but is not limited to:

2.3. WHAT KINDS OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

When you register an account on the Site, we ask for certain information like your contact details, including first name, last name, and email address to facilitate communication.
